Before Getting Out Of Bed
My new summer resolution! ♡ Is all about getting the best morning routine to start my day in the best way!
Our minds are still expanded as we wake from our sleep, as we are at our most relaxed and therefore uninhibited and without all the conscious limitations we make for ourselves.. so its the best time to introduce positive thoughts or affirmations.. making intentions for how you want your day to be.. Rather then jumping out of bed after too many presses of the snooze button and running around like a whirlwind, not fully conscious and therefore allowing everything else around you to dictate how your day will go.. Today is a new day.. ♡♡
