I specialise in Life Alchemy– Working with Clients in creating the life they really want and achieve their goals. Using the tools, transformation processes and techniques that I myself have used with great success, and my clients also!
As an Inspirational coach, I chose to work with Sacred Ceremonial Cacao to enhance my clients journey’s, taking them from an average life to really living their dreams through my cacao workshops, VIP Life Alchemy sessions and RE-Invent Coaching Program.

In your cacao-facilitated coaching session with me, you will experience the relaxation and increased levels of inspiration, happiness and connection to your heart, that raw ceremonial cacao brings. All this, achieved through enjoying a delicious, highly nutritional drink of warm cacao. And then guided on an inner journey of self- exploration and discovery through guided meditation and visualisation that I take you through.
Following a process I underwent myself moving you from same old same old, to realising and living your dream life!

MY INSPIRATION TO WORK
WITH CEREMONIAL CACAO
My work with Cacao came from discovering it on my travels through South and Central America. Where I worked with many Shamans, healers and world – renowned teachers and realised how powerful Cacao is, not only in a healing capacity but also as a heart – opener and way to connect to your inner self, your true self.
It pushes past all the walls we put up, all our pretence, self-disbelief and filters we’ve developed in our life. To see what it is that we really want. Our purpose. And that is why I use Cacao with my clients to help them connect deeply within themselves to re – discover what it is that makes them spark, ignites excitement in them. The thing that inspires and motivates them to wake each morning raring to go! That we all have inside of us. Our big story that we are passionate about- that makes us feel alive, that we want to present that to the world and share in such a way we really feel alive!
I help people find that passion within themselves to really grab hold of their life and make it what they want. Life is so precious and if you’re not careful it will pass you by so quickly.
My mantra is to live life to its fullest– and know that anything is possible- create the life you want now as the worst thing ever in life is to look back at the end of it with regrets. That will never happen for me- I know my power and it’s my job to help you know yours!
I work with a range of clients with my Chocolate Coaching. I have worked with people within health and fitness to working with artists within the music and performance industry. All achieving big shifts and changing their lives in massive ways following the same coaching process that I work with.

♡We will begin with a drink of Ceremonial Cacao (which tastes amazing!) To assist you to reach a deeper level of meditation. Allowing thoughts, stresses and blockages to be lifted- so you can connect to your inner voice and higher self. To really connect to your hearts desire and realise your true passions and purpose in life! ♡
We will all set our personal intentions through guided meditation and visualisation practice to really explore what makes your heart sing. Then I will guide our group to really allow our creativity to open, so lots of inspiration can flow.
I am a Transformational life coach working with Ceremonial cacao to facilitate my coaching and workshops to assist people to connect to their inner voice. To 'get out of your head and into your heart'.
From this place of being - we realise that we are truly powerful and unique in who we are. This connection that I help people to make within themselves unleashes their true self to discover a deep reassurance of self-love and self worth.
I work a lot with visualisation techniques, affirmations, NLP and positive psychology. Along with the training with the Chocolate shaman when I lived in Guatemala 5 years ago to hold the space and work as a guide. This is a beautiful workshop, of inner exploration which allows amazing realisations, powerful shifts in perception and insights that can be really enlightening!
Ceremonial cacao allows us to really gain insight into what we really want and to realise what's also holding us back or where resistance lies!
